Job Summary

Facilities & Logistics Supervisor overseeing operations for a Credit Union: coordinates facilities maintenance, janitorial and courier services, furniture and equipment needs, and supply orders; liaises with contracted vendors, tracks projects to completion, and escalates as needed; leads daily operating functions, including directing work, interviewing and hiring, scheduling, and reporting; assists with invoice review and project planning, timeline tracking, vendor coordination, and stakeholder communication to ensure projects are completed accurately and on schedule. Requires an Associate’s degree in Business or related field and 3–5 years in operations, with thorough knowledge of facilities, logistics, vendor management, project management, supply chain practices, business continuity, and strong communication and MS Office skills.

Required Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree in Business or a related field relevant to operations management
  • 3–5 years’ experience in operations or relevant financial industry experience
  • Thorough knowledge of facilities and logistics operations (maintenance coordination, space and equipment needs, branch/department support, courier services, supply ordering)
  • Working knowledge of project management practices for facilities and logistics initiatives (planning, timeline tracking, documentation, stakeholder communication, follow-up)
  • Knowledge of vendor management (communication with vendors, service coordination, invoice review, contract awareness, escalation)
  • Knowledge of supply chain and inventory coordination (business supply ordering, vendor fulfillment, delivery tracking, equipment availability)
  • Understanding of business continuity planning as it relates to emergency response and operational recovery
  • Knowledge of Credit Union policies, procedures, operating systems, products, services, vision, and long-term goals as they relate to facilities, logistics, and operational support
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and lead staff toward achieving goals
  • Ability to motivate, teach, and lead staff toward quality service
