Job Summary
Facilities Lead responsible for owning the full lifecycle of facilities operations, maintenance, and safety compliance for a ~65,000 sq. ft. site with offices, engineering labs, and an ISO-8 cleanroom; hands-on leadership with execution of maintenance, troubleshooting of HVAC and electrical systems, vendor coordination, safety audits, and development of preventive/predictive maintenance programs. Will manage contractors, support lab/production equipment installation, ensure regulatory and building-code compliance (ADA, permitting), and coordinate with Engineering, IT, Security, and Operations to meet uptime and facility needs.
Required Qualifications
- 5–8 years of experience in facilities maintenance or building operations
- Hands-on experience with HVAC, electrical, and general building systems
- Experience supporting labs, light manufacturing, or technical environments
- Experience with vendors and service providers
- Basic familiarity with maintenance tracking systems (CMMS preferred)
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Relevant certifications (CSP, CIH, OSHA) preferred
