Facilities Lead - Instashop

Job Summary
Lead day-to-day FM operations across InstaShop locations; supervise outsourced services (housekeeping, pest control, fleet); manage FM team workload and strategic planning; handle facilities needs across hubs/dark stores including space utilization, desk allocation, furniture, and parking; negotiate and renew contracts with external service providers; maintain vendor documentation; review third-party service reports against KPIs and SLAs; oversee procurement and asset movement; plan workplace projects and employee-facing events; drive people experience initiatives across locations; requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 2 years in facilities management; strong vendor management, English and Arabic communication; proficient in MS Office.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Facilities Management, Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil), or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in facilities management, workplace operations, or a similar fast-paced service-delivery environment
- Solid understanding of building systems, maintenance protocols, and safety standards to effectively oversee vendor performance and ensure service quality
- Proficiency in MS Office and facilities management tools/systems
- Strong contract negotiation, vendor management, and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple stakeholders across locations effectively
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic
