Job Summary
Facilities Lead responsible for facility operations, selected real estate activities, workplace services, and security-related facility requirements for Harman locations in East/North Europe, with primary responsibility for the Lodz site. Manage day-to-day facility operations, coordinate infrastructure projects, support space planning and occupancy management, oversee CAPEX/OPEX budgeting, vendor contracts, RFQ/RFP processes, ensure compliance with health & safety, fire protection and security standards, coordinate audits and certifications (including ISO/TISAX), act as local Prototype Security Commissioner, and serve as a key interface between site leadership and Global FM&RE, Procurement, EHS, and external partners. Drive continuous improvement, operational processes, and support business continuity, logistics, and operational events.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Real Estate, Business Administration, or related discipline
- 8+ years of experience in Facility Management, Corporate Real Estate, or technical operations within an international environment
- Proven experience managing facility operations, infrastructure services, vendors, service contracts, budgets, and facility-related projects
- Experience with CAPEX/OPEX planning, procurement, contract management, invoice review, and cost control processes
- Experience supporting compliance, audits, health & safety, fire protection, security, and business continuity activities
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Be willing to work on-site in Lodz and travel up to 10% within EMEA
