Job Summary
Monitor vendors and requirements for waste removal, ensure health and safety compliance, and perform skilled carpentry, painting, and remodeling. Diagnose and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical systems while managing irrigation and vineyard maintenance. Lead or assist in constructing and dismantling the yearly LaBelle Lights event, including bulb replacement and seasonal storage. Oversee landscape care, snow removal, and facility event set-up under direction. Mentor facilities staff and develop preventative maintenance programs. Requires 3+ years of multi-trade experience, a driver's license, and ability to work in a food/wine environment. Day shift with weekend availability in Derry or Amherst, NH.

- Advanced, working knowledge across multiple trades — carpentry, basic plumbing, basic electrical, HVAC, and general mechanical repair
- Ability to work independently, troubleshoot, and problem-solve with minimal supervision

- Must take direction and follow through
- Prior experience training or mentoring junior maintenance/facilities staff
- Ability to walk/stand for long periods; for an entire shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

- Bending at waist, sitting, kneeling, climbing, walking, crouching as job may require
- Ability to work in extreme temperatures
- Ability to drive a golf cart and utility vehicle
- Ability to use leaf blowers and weed trimmers
- Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work
- Maintenance/Facilities: 3+ years
- Driver's License
