Job Summary
The Facilities Janitor/Groundskeeper will uphold cleanliness and sanitation by performing cleaning, custodial, and light maintenance across the FW Paso Robles campus and exterior grounds. Responsibilities include cleaning and sanitizing offices, restrooms, breakrooms, elevator, and common areas; restocking supplies; waxing and buffing concrete floors; trash and recycling management; sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting; outdoor cleaning of walkways and picnic areas; simple maintenance repairs; reporting maintenance issues or safety hazards; and completing safety trainings. The role requires prior janitorial experience (commercial preferred) and basic math, with proficiency using maintenance software and strong communication skills.
