Job Summary
Oversee daily restaurant readiness before opening by receiving/unloading deliveries, verifying inventory against invoices, organizing storage using FIFO, maintaining cleanliness and food-safety standards, and performing routine maintenance to ensure equipment is clean, functional, and ready for peak hours. Support the kitchen team by creating a clean, organized workspace, identify and address issues before they become problems, and take ownership of problems to solve them without being asked. Requires early-morning availability, independence, and the ability to lift 30–50 lbs repeatedly. Led by the Chick-fil-A restaurant team culture focused on teamwork and readiness.
Required Qualifications
