Job Summary
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair complex HVAC systems while performing preventive and predictive maintenance on commercial and industrial equipment. Install, test, and commission systems including chillers, boilers, air handling units, and rooftop units. Interpret blueprints, schematics, and control sequences to troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and control-related issues, working with Building Automation Systems and energy management tools. Manage refrigerant recovery and charging in compliance with EPA regulations, coordinate major repairs with vendors, and ensure all work meets OSHA and local code standards. Complete work orders, maintenance logs, and inspection reports accurately. Participate in emergency response and after-hours support as required, while assisting with project planning and system upgrades.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- EPA Universal Certification
- Minimum 8 years of commercial or industrial HVAC experience

- HVAC certification or trade school training
