Job Summary
Installs, maintains and repairs HVACR equipment and systems at St. Mary’s Campus under leadership guidance. Performs routine preventive maintenance, monitoring, and minor adjustments/repairs; supports more complex tasks such as air system balancing, DDC adjustments, motor/pump repairs, and troubleshooting. Uses HVAC and electrical tools, maintains documentation, and communicates status to customers and leadership. Requires basic understanding of HVACR equipment, prints/specs, and adherence to logs and work orders; includes weekend rotations and on-call duties within a 40-hour workweek.
