Job Summary
Facilities Group Leader oversees and schedules maintenance and industrial/mechanical work for life-sciences client facilities, supervising technicians, monitoring safety and performance, and interpreting blueprints and job orders to lay out reference points for workers. Responsible for material requisition, cost estimation for materials and labor, and coordination with outside contractors. Conducts or arranges safety, repair, and maintenance training; ensures compliance with FDA-regulated guidelines. Roles span multiple offices (Caguas, Boston, San Francisco) with a focus on operational readiness and continuous improvement in safety, quality, and efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Associate Degree Industrial Mechanic / Electrician/Technical College Mechanical Degree
