Job Summary
Maintain and care for all outdoor areas, including lawns, gardens, flower beds, parking lots, and walkways by mowing, trimming, edging, and removing weeds. Operate and maintain grounds equipment such as lawnmowers, trimmers, blowers, and edgers while monitoring irrigation systems and applying fertilizers, pesticides, and herbicides as needed. Clean and maintain interior spaces, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and emptying trash receptacles. Assist in snow removal and salting during winter. Collaborate with facilities team members to support general building maintenance and improvements while following safety protocols and using PPE. Valid driver's license required.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and a good driving record
- Must submit to and pass pre-employment testing to include a background check, drug screening and MVR
Desired Qualifications
- Experience is preferred
- Energetic with a good work ethic and attention to detail
- Basic understanding of safety procedures and equipment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
