Job Summary
Hands-onFacilities & Fleet Lead role overseeing office operations, maintenance, health & safety, and fleet management. Responsible for keeping offices safe and functional, overseeing reception and workspace services, managing suppliers and contracts, coordinating maintenance and office improvements, leading health and safety initiatives and risk assessments, ensuring fleet utilization and compliance, managing vehicle allocations and service providers, monitoring licensing/insurance, budget control, and driving a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. Strong emphasis on stakeholder management, budgeting, cost-saving opportunities, and proactive problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Certificate in Facilities, Logistics, or a related field
- Minimum 2+ yearsâ experience in facilities and/or fleet management
- Valid driverâs licence and own transport
- Solid understanding of building maintenance and fleet operations
