Job Summary
Lead the design, planning, and execution of facilities engineering projects, focusing on mechanical systems, HVAC, and process utilities for semiconductor manufacturing. Supervise facilities operations and manage technical projects, ensuring compliance with scope, schedule, and quality requirements. Oversee contractor activities, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain reliable operations in cleanrooms. Requires deep technical knowledge of semiconductor tools and facility utilities, along with expertise in delivering mechanical and HVAC projects. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in related field.
- 7-10 years of facilities engineering experience.
- Deep technical knowledge of semiconductor tools, cleanroom operations, and supporting facility utilities.
- Proven ability to collaborate with process engineers.
- Demonstrated commitment to safety and quality standards (AS9100/ISO9001).
- US citizenship due to access restrictions.
Desired Qualifications
- Expertise with process gases, DI/RO water, CDA, cooling water, nitrogen systems, vacuum systems, and other critical cleanroom utilities.
- Skilled in delivering mechanical/HVAC/process‐utility projects.
- Strong organization and communication skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
