Job Summary
Lead day-to-day operation, maintenance, and compliance of Bristol sites, including chemical laboratories, warehouses, GMP manufacturing suites, and office areas. Manage strategic leadership for facilities and engineering teams, overseeing asset calibration, contractor oversight, and continuous improvement of building fabric and plant rooms. Ensure full adherence to GMP, EHS, and quality standards through routine inspections, risk assessments, and documented safety protocols. Act as a site key holder for access control and participate in on-call rotations for incident response. Optimize the departmental CapEx budget and collaborate with EMEA leadership to align facility capabilities with future business needs.
Required Qualifications
- >5 years; experience leading facilities or engineering teams within a GMP, laboratory, or regulated environment
