Job Summary
Facilities Engineer at Starlink Production facility responsible for troubleshooting, evaluating, and improving mechanical systems including HVAC, plumbing, cryogenics, and related infrastructure. Lead upgrades and oversee installation of new assembly lines, coordinate downtime between maintenance, construction, and production, manage contracts with subcontractors, collaborate across interdisciplinary teams, provide support to technicians, and ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations. Proficiency with AutoCAD/Revit; knowledge of ASHRAE, NFPA, and International Building Code; capability to work extended hours and travel as needed; based in Redmond, WA.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or other engineering discipline
- 3+ years of professional experience in design and maintenance of industrial HVAC/plumbing systems
