Job Summary
Monitor, operate, and maintain building systems and equipment to ensure facility reliability and safety. Perform duties as a stationary engineer and maintenance electrician, including central plant operations, fire alarm system management, and medical gas maintenance. Hold a National Electrician License and possess coursework or apprenticeship training in stationary engineering or electrical trades. This role requires a night schedule at Providence Medford Medical Center and includes a $5,000 sign-on bonus for eligible candidates. Drivers must provide proof of license and insurance.
Required Qualifications
- Stationary engineer apprenticeship or Electrician apprenticeship and equivalent training or work experience
- National Electrician Supervisor License - State County City Trade License Authority upon hire
- National Electrician Journeyman License - State County City Trade License Authority upon hire
- National Electrician Limited Maintenance License - State County City Trade License Authority upon hire
- National Electrician Limited Building Maintenance License - State County City Trade License Authority upon hire
- Proof of driver license and auto insurance
Desired Qualifications
- Computerized building management systems (DDC) or equivalent work experience
- EPA 608 Universal Refrigeration Technician certification upon hire
- ASSE 6040 Medical Gas Maintenance certification upon hire
- OHA Backflow Assembly Tester certification upon hire
- Oregon Boiler License – Class 2 or higher upon hire
- 3 years - Experience in central plant operations and maintenance
- Experienced in operation and maintenance of fire alarm systems
