Job Summary
Facilities Engineer for Silverman & Light in San Antonio. Architect and oversee the full lifecycle of municipal water and wastewater projects, including treatment facilities, lift stations, and pump stations; design and maintain transmission and distribution systems for reliable water storage and flow. Provide technical stewardship on standards, environmental regulations, and safety codes; collaborate across civil, environmental, and project-management teams to deliver compliant solutions. Author comprehensive technical reports, proposals, and project documentation; manage project budgets and timelines with QA. Requires PE license; experience in water storage, transmission, and/or wastewater treatment infrastructure; strong communication to translate technical data for stakeholders. Hybrid work schedule with remote Mondays/Fridays and a choice of 4-day or 5-day weeks.
