Job Summary
Conduct preventative maintenance and repairs on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, boiler, and pool systems. Perform routine inspections to ensure safe and efficient operation of building systems, including monitoring water chemistry, filtration, and temperature controls. Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues and perform emergency repairs as needed while maintaining detailed records within a CMMS. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal safety regulations, including fire and life safety systems. This hourly position offers wages starting at $28.00 and pays up to $38.50 based on experience. Full-time team members receive medical, dental, vision, and prescription drug coverage, alongside a 401(k) with discretionary match and a fully subsidized membership.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems
- Ability to lift 20+ lbs and perform physical maintenance tasks
- Technical or trade school certification in HVAC, electrical, or mechanical systems
- 3–4 years of experience in facilities maintenance, building maintenance, or engineering
- Boiler Operator / Stationary Engineer License (state-specific)
- EPA CFC Certification / HVAC Certification
- Certified Pool Operator (CPO) or Aquatic Facilities Operator (AFO)
