Facilities Engineer

Job Summary
Conduct routine site inspections to ensure building processes and best practices are implemented, while supporting the facilities manager to oversee technical operations and maintain maintenance schedules. Serve as the primary contact for technical service contractors, supervising repair and maintenance works for in-house teams and managing vendor relationships. Identify facility-related enquiries from clients and suppliers, manage procurement of vendors and services, and contribute suggestions to improve processes and reduce costs. Ensure workplace safety by enforcing health and safety protocols and implementing risk management programs, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans. Coordinate appointments and provide technical support for basic housekeeping, while tracking key performance indicators and meeting service level agreements.
Required Qualifications
- Prior work or internship experience in Facilities Hard Services, Operations and Maintenance of Critical Facilities Equipment (HVAC, Mechanical and Electrical equipment), People and Vendor Management, and Facilities Project Management or other related fields
- Knowledge of local health and safety protocols and how they are enacted within the workplace environment
