Job Summary
Establish preventive and corrective maintenance plans for black utilities including HVAC, electrical supply, water systems, and instrument steam to ensure uninterrupted facility support. Execute routine maintenance procedures while managing system downtime and controlling operating costs within approved budgets. Monitor energy efficiency initiatives and participate in capital expenditure projects to drive cost and energy savings. Lead investigations into non-conformances and CAPAs, ensuring timely documentation and closure in compliance with GMP standards. Provide technical expertise and EHS guidance to departmental colleagues while maintaining accurate records and supporting manufacturing operations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor or above
- 5 years or more as Utilities, Maintenance, Operation management and engineering
- 5 years or more in international medical device or related field company
- Solid knowledge of electrical and mechanical knowledge
- Good logical analytical skills
- Good communication, teamwork and conflict management skills
- Good training in engineering and office suite tools, i.e. AutoCAD, Word, Excel, PPT
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize numerous important issues and completion in a timely manner, with skilled technical documentation and verbal communication skills
- Able to read and write English emails and communicate in English at a basic level
- Good ability to work under pressure
