Job Summary
Facility Engineer – HVAC & Building Systems responsible for maintenance and construction tasks to extend equipment life and conserve energy across ASC facilities; duties include safety compliance, life safety systems testing, emergency response, inventory and paperwork, understanding water meters and backflow preventers, occasional snow cat operation, energy-conservation measures, lock-out/tag-out and confined space training, capability to supervise multiple trades, and coordinating with managers and outside contractors. Must have HVAC knowledge, electrical and plumbing aptitude, ability to operate a computer and Building Automation Systems, valid driver’s license, and ski/snowboard at an advanced level. This is a full-time, in-person role based in Aspen, CO.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Five years of experience in Facility Management, construction or similar field preferred
