Job Summary
Research facility product specifications and performance requirements to define designs producible by existing manufacturing methods. Evaluate engineering proposals, process requirements, and technical data for industrial machinery and equipment design. Assess feasibility of new plant facility equipment or modifications considering costs, space, time, and technical factors. Compile research data to establish performance standards for newly designed or modified equipment. Study industry publications to track technical changes and utilize computer-aided engineering software for design tasks. Guide projects and project teams through the design and development lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering
- 4 - 6 years of related experience
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering preferred
- Critical Power Industry experience preferred
- Experience in clean rooms preferred
