Facilities Engineer

The Facilities Engineer provides ongoing technical support to maximize facility and well performance while ensuring field safety and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include leading non-D&C capital project design, supervising installation, operation, and maintenance of production facility components (including artificial lift systems and compression), monitoring workflows, optimizing resources to minimize downtime, and planning for forward-looking corrective actions. Technical duties cover real-time engineering support at well sites and facilities, cost estimation, managing AFE and LOE, ensuring compliance with HES, API, and OSHA standards, driving process optimization for facilities, and leading Management of Change processes, RCFA investigations, and data-record accuracy (PIDs, C&Es, PHAs, inspections). The role requires 3-7 years of upstream oil & gas experience, a Bachelor's degree in engineering, and field-based work within 85 miles of Crescent Field offices; travel up to ~10% may be needed.
