Job Summary
As the Facilities Engineer, you will handle emergency maintenance requests and perform maintenance on HVAC, air filtration, nitrogen gas, and compressed air systems, while also managing vendor bids and overseeing project progress.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Facilities Engineer or Building Engineer
- Basic HVAC and electrical skills
- Experience in property management and building maintenance
- Extensive experience in plumbing and electrical issue identification
Desired Qualifications
- Fluency in Mandarin or Chinese (preferred)
