Facilities Engineer 3

Perform advanced maintenance and repairs across building systems; diagnose and repair HVAC systems, including thermostats and programming; maintain plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, and ventilation systems; complete general repairs including carpentry, drywall, painting, and fixtures; troubleshoot and resolve complex facility and equipment issues; utilize Building Automation Systems (BAS) where applicable; maintain club buildings, equipment, and infrastructure to high standards; ensure all systems operate safely and efficiently; perform preventative maintenance and equipment repairs; support energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives; use and maintain power tools and specialized equipment safely; promote a positive and professional work environment; provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to less experienced team members; represent the Engineering Department when leadership is not present; communicate effectively with all departments and team members; document work orders and communicate updates clearly; maintain an organized and safe work environment; follow all safety procedures and identify potential hazards; ensure safety of members, guests, staff, and property at all times; respond effectively in emergencies.
