Job Summary
Hands-on Facilities & Electrical Maintenance Technician responsible for troubleshooting electrical systems, maintaining three-phase power distribution equipment, and supporting facility infrastructure across data-center-scale operations. Duties include reading electrical schematics, performing preventative maintenance, following LOTO procedures, assisting with upgrades and reliability projects, coordinating with contractors and vendors, conducting facility inspections, maintaining HVAC, lighting, plumbing, doors, and other building systems, and transporting equipment between sites to ensure safe, compliant, and reliable operations.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of facilities, industrial, or electrical maintenance experience.
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
- Experience working with commercial or industrial electrical systems.
- Knowledge of three-phase electrical equipment and power distribution systems.
- Experience reading electrical schematics and technical documentation.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to safely operate hand tools, power tools, and electrical test equipment.
- Basic computer skills for documentation and communication.
