Facilities Driver

Safely drive company care around the facility while maintaining buildings in clean and orderly conditions. Perform heavy cleaning duties including cleaning floors, shampooing rugs, washing walls and glass, and removing rubbish. Duties may include tending furnace and boiler, performing routine maintenance activities, notifying management of need for repairs, and cleaning snow or debris from sidewalk. This role requires strong listening skills, logical reasoning to identify solution strengths and weaknesses, and effective communication to convey information. You will monitor and assess performance to make improvements or take corrective action.
