Job Summary
Performs maintenance duties as directed including cleaning, minor repairs and general maintenance; maintains cleanliness of all Food & Beverage spaces; washes dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and other wares; operates heavy equipment (pressure washer, floor sweeper, scrubber, vacuum); serves as first responder during bio-hazard situations; completes annual mandatory training (e.g., OSHA); assists in transporting food and cooking equipment; keeps kitchen and F&B areas clean and polished; follows safety instructions for equipment use; may perform limited prep cook/breakroom duties; must be able to read, write, and speak English; 18+ required with HS diploma or GED preferred; physically capable of lifting 75 lb, 50 lb, and 25 lb overhead; may work outdoors in inclement weather and weekends/evenings.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED preferred
- 16 years of age is permitted and is required to adhere to PME guidelines
