Job Summary
Coordinate and oversee maintenance, repairs, and event support for all Plum Creek Community Church properties, including resident houses. Assign, monitor, and evaluate work performed by Facilities Team members and contracted providers while maintaining accurate records of activities and equipment. Manage building access systems, utilities, vendor contracts, and the operational budget to ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards. Serve as the primary liaison for IT, security, and fire protection services. Provide leadership for the Set-up & Tear Down Team and handle police presence coordination for designated events. Work 40 hours weekly, with occasional evening, weekend, and monthly weekend commitments.

- Physically capable to lift/maneuver heavy items, including moving furniture, equipment, supplies and tools as needed
- 40 hours/week
- Hours may include evenings and weekends on an as needed basis
- Hours include working 1 weekend a month
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with property management is highly desirable
- General construction knowledge and experience
- Mac preferred
