Job Summary
Intern will assist in verifying existing data and entering missing or incorrect data into Archibus IWMS, help maintain and manage facilities information across 26 colleges spanning NYC, and support space management and facilities maintenance activities. Duties include data verification, collecting and entering missing information, and maintaining accurate records in Archibus IWMS; requires strong data entry, data analysis, and spreadsheet/database familiarity. Core skills include attention to detail, organization, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Pay is $17.50/hour.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a CUNY student
- Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in facilities management, architecture, or IT
- Has essential data entry and data analysis skills
- Familiarity with spreadsheets
- Familiarity with relational databases
- Available for at least 14 hours a week
