Job Summary

Analyze complex data sets to support strategic decision-making and key departmental initiatives for Corporate Facilities. Deliver executive and operational reporting on facilities and equipment performance across the network while partnering with teams to improve processes and tools. Develop new reporting capabilities, define content management structures, and provide training on organizational methodologies. Collaborate with business consultants on Facilities Planning projects and assist leadership with data gathering and trend analysis using SQL, Alteryx, and visualization software. Work from the Dallas, TX Headquarters during business hours with no sponsorship available.

Required Qualifications

  • U.S. citizenship or current authorization to work in the U.S.
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Intermediate level experience, fully functioning broad knowledge in: Corporate Facilities, Planning, or similar analytical field
  • Ability to perform work duties from limited space workstation/desk/office area for extended periods of time
  • Ability to communicate and interact with others in the English language to meet the demands of the job
  • Ability to use a computer and other office productivity tools with sufficient speed and accuracy to meet the demands of the job
  • Must maintain a well-groomed appearance per Company appearance standards as described in established guidelines
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must be able to comply with Company attendance standards as described in established guidelines
  • Air travel with occasional overnight stays required
  • Knowledge of business and management principles
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel experience (pivot tables, lookup functions, etc.), MS Access (DB queries, etc.), and PowerPoint
  • Skilled in collecting, organizing, visualizing and assimilating data including turning raw data into meaningful information using data-oriented programming languages and visualization software
  • Skilled in using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems
  • Ability to effectively communicate information (written, verbal, and visual) with others
  • Ability to acquire data using both SQL and data transformation tools such as Alteryx
  • Ability to identify and analyze trends in large sets of data
  • Ability to adjust quickly to changing priorities
  • Ability to initiate tasks, perform duties, respond to inquiries, come up with unusual or clever ideas and develop creative ways to solve a problem with minimal direction or supervision
  • Display knowledge and understanding of data analysis and data visualization tools to create reports and manipulate data from various sources
  • Experience with Quickbase
  • Experience with Power Automate
  • Experience with Salesforce
  • Experience with automation tools and workflow development
  • Experience with statistical modeling
