Job Summary
Maintain buildings in clean and orderly conditions by performing heavy cleaning duties, including cleaning floors, shampooing rugs, washing walls and glass, and removing rubbish. Responsibilities extend to tending furnaces and boilers, conducting routine maintenance activities, notifying management of repair needs, and clearing snow or debris from sidewalks. The role requires active listening, logical problem-solving, and effective communication to assess performance and implement corrective actions.
Required Qualifications
