Job Summary
Conduct continuous walkthroughs of the facility and parking lots, sweeping, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, scrubbing, waxing, and polishing floors. Sanitize restrooms and high-touch surfaces, empty trash, and clean desks, walls, furniture, doors, windows, countertops, and light fixtures. Change light bulbs, assist with minor building or equipment repairs, use ladders for ceilings and blinds, move furniture and boxes, and maintain outdoor areas by sweeping walkways, raking leaves, cutting grass, and removing snow or ice. Share observations and improvement ideas with leadership while adhering to safety instructions and physical requirements to lift up to 50 lbs. Work flexible shifts including weekends until 11:00 PM at Grindstone, PA.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
- Ability to walk, stand, bend, lift, and move throughout the shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Desired Qualifications
- Previous janitorial or maintenance experience preferred
