Job Summary
Conduct routine cleaning of offices, hallways, common areas, and individual apartments, including dusting, mopping, and trash removal. Perform minor maintenance repairs like changing light bulbs and maintain adequate stock of custodial supplies. Empty wastebaskets throughout the building and ensure chemical cleaners are used according to procedures. Remove snow from sidewalks and driveways, spray insecticides to prevent infestations, and clean exercise equipment. Set up and remove decorations for events. Work Sunday through Thursday from 8am to 4pm. A high school diploma and six months of related experience are preferred, along with a valid driver's license.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid drivers license

- Basic knowledge of cleaning products
- The work requires routine walking, standing, bending and carrying items weighing less than fifty pounds
- Moving items over fifty pounds utilizes a team lift
