Job Summary
Provide administrative support to the Facilities and R&D departments by creating, tracking, and reconciling purchase orders, assisting with reception and mailroom operations, coordinating meeting room setups, scheduling services, managing calendars, maintaining equipment, and reporting on work orders. The position requires excellent communication skills and basic proficiency in Microsoft 365.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma required
- Excellent written, oral and digital communication skills
- Able to effectively communicate with personnel at all levels
- Computer literacy – including Microsoft 365 basic office tools
