Job Summary
Facilities Coordinator responsible for stewarding church facilities with maintenance tasks from HVAC, roofing, fire safety, lawn/grounds, pest control, and janitorial. Build and oversee a volunteers team, support ministry operations during Sundays and weekly activities, manage maintenance services, assist with budgeting guidance, and collaborate with ministry teams to ensure distraction-free, functional buildings. Schedule includes Sunday-Thursday, ~25 hours, with presence at Spring Hill or Columbia campuses and on-site coordination of facility-related activities.
