Job Summary
Facilities Coordinator Senior responsible for overseeing facilities operating expenses and capital projects for Walt Disney Imagineering, coordinating financial processes (POs, task orders, vendor billing), representing Facilities & Operations on project teams across WDI and partner organizations, directing in-house staff and supporting construction contract documents, assisting with space planning and asset management, and ensuring adherence to safety and operational protocols. Requires 3+ years of experience, a valid driver’s license, budgeting/billing experience, and strong MS Office skills, with excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication abilities. Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience
