Job Summary
Coordinate general facilities activities for the physical plant, supervise renovations, and manage in-store workers from NG&G. Maintain lighting and ballast supplies, supervise housekeeping staff, and conduct facilities audits and inspections. Perform store opening duties including HVAC and escalator checks, replace POS components, and complete repairs to fixtures, flooring, and locks. Respond to emergency calls, monitor trash compactors, and track work orders and purchase orders. Approve contract labor records and coordinate telephone and PC repairs. Develop inspection checklists to communicate observations and work with Property Management.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of facilities operations experience
- Ability to work independently and multi-task to complete requirements
- Well organized and maintaining accurate records
- Possesses Basic Computer skills and knowledge
- Business Acumen
- Team Building skills
