Job Summary
Facilities Coordinator to support multi-site residential and office facility operations for a nonprofit committed to individuals with IDD. Responsibilities include coordinating work orders, vendor services, inspections, compliance activities, fleet tracking, and preventive maintenance programs; maintaining organized, audit-ready records; proactive communication with staff, vendors, and leadership; and ensuring safety, compliance, and well-maintained environments across facilities. Role is in-person with a potential remote-work opportunity on Fridays after successful 90-day evaluation; typical schedule is Monday–Friday with occasional flexibility for emergencies.
Required Qualifications
- Experience coordinating facilities operations in multi-site environments preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage work orders, vendors, inspections, and preventive maintenance programs
- Comfort with maintaining compliance records and audit-ready documentation
- Availability for occasional emergencies or after-hours issues
- Proactive collaboration with staff, vendors, and leadership
