Job Summary
Facilities Coordinator responsible for representing Facility Management at the West Coast Hub, ensuring hard and soft facilities management services meet contracts, SLAs, and KPIs. Build strong stakeholder relationships, monitor service delivery with CBRE, support site operations with on-site presence, ensure compliance with health, safety, and QHSE standards, and identify continuous-improvement opportunities. Travel between the West Coast Hub (Barrow-in-Furness) and Burbo O&M sites (Liverpool) approximately once or twice a month to support operations and stakeholder engagement. Collaboration with Site teams, CBRE, and internal leaders to ensure consistent service delivery and value through partnerships.
