Job Summary
Schedule and perform preventive and corrective maintenance for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fueling systems, and security infrastructure across all Cooperative and subsidiary locations. Ensure continuous operational readiness of data center environmental controls and backup power systems. Execute construction, remodeling, and special projects while maintaining inventory of tools and materials. Operate vehicles and equipment safely, coordinate with vendors and regulatory agencies, and assist with insurance audits. Maintain professional relationships with contractors and technical service providers.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Ability to obtain and maintain a valid Oklahoma Class (A) Commercial Driver's License
- Ability to obtain and maintain Fork Lift Safety Certification
Desired Qualifications
- Associate degree or technical certification
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in construction, facilities maintenance, or related field
- Oklahoma Corporation Commission Type (A) Petroleum Storage Tank Operator certification
