Job Summary
Facilities Coordinator for Netflix House tasked with supporting the Building Manager in executing maintenance operations, coordinating third-party vendors, conducting on-site repairs, managing logs and compliance documentation, and ensuring guest-facing spaces meet high standards of operation. Responsibilities include coordinating scheduling and access for vendors, performing upkeep across front-of-house, back-of-house, and technical areas, assisting with emergency preparedness and reporting, and contributing to ongoing improvements and communications with leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Demonstrated experience in facilities management (3+ years preferred) in fast-paced environments such as retail, attractions, or F&B
- Experience in HVAC, lighting, plumbing, and general maintenance
- Knowledge of Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) and/or OSHA qualifications (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience with digital tools for asset tracking, scheduling, and maintenance logs (e.g., Google Workspace)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across internal departments and external vendors
- Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs
- Availability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays in a 365-day attraction
