Job Summary
Coordinate facilities activities including space planning, administrative and facility contingency planning, safety coordination, ergonomic assessments and facilities procurement. Responsible for coordinating maintenance and service for the site; vendor management for services required for the site; oversee physical security vendor and badging system; manage internal moves and furniture installations to ensure positive customer satisfaction and maintain inventory. Oversee design plans and installation schedules for adherence to guidelines and budgets; develop space planning/workstation designs using CAD; maintain furniture inventory and track materials; generate monthly reports on service requests and expenses; manage interior amenities and security reporting. Requires a two-year associate or technical degree or equivalent experience and 5 years of experience in commercial interior design/space planning/furniture systems; strong multitasking, communication, and independence skills. The role features a hybrid schedule with Charleston, SC as the primary office location.
Required Qualifications
