Job Summary
Act as first contact on the Landlord Call Tree for after-hours issues, triaging and escalating as necessary. Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures, key metrics, and vendor lists while participating in monthly Landlord meetings and Joint Health & Safety Committees. Coordinate office moves, oversee daily maintenance and repairs, manage equipment and security access inventories, and process purchase orders through P2P. Collaborate with the Manager on yearly BAU and Capital projects, obtain vendor quotes, and monitor costs. This role requires a minimum of 3 years in facilities management and involves standing for prolonged periods with frequent heavy lifting. The position supports business continuity initiatives and new hire orientation within a hybrid environment of four days in the office per week.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in facilities management, office operations, building maintenance, and vendor coordination
- High School Diploma
- Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Power Point, Word, SharePoint)
- Capacity to stand and walk for prolonged periods
- Self-motivation with ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Frequent heavy lifting (approx. 50 lbs) and bending required
- Ability to work manually
- Must be available for weekend shifts
Desired Qualifications
- Relevant post-secondary education
- 1 – 2 years of project management experience
- Minimum of 3 years of related experience, preferably acquired in a professional services environment
