Job Summary
Coordinate, assign, and schedule maintenance activities for in-house engineers and subcontractors through the CAFM system. Act as the central contact for reactive maintenance requests, prioritizing jobs and tracking works in progress to meet contractual service levels. Support the Operations team by managing documentation, raising purchase orders, arranging quotations, and assisting with reporting. Ensure subcontractor compliance by maintaining accurate records and upholding health and safety standards. Manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment while liaising with engineers, contractors, and clients.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in a helpdesk, scheduling, coordination or administration role
- Experience ideally within a facilities management environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to build positive working relationships with a range of stakeholders
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
- Good IT skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications
- Experience working with CAFM systems
- Proactive and detail-focused approach
