Job Summary
Facilities Coordinator III coordinates facility activities across multiple locations, supports the Facility Services Manager in managing external service providers, reviews contracts and service levels, assists with procurement and contract processes, supports sustainability programs, maintains department records and documentation, and ensures clear timely communication with internal and external stakeholders. The role requires independent work style, strong organizational ability, attention to detail, ability to convey information in writing, and comfortable with travel (~20%) between local company sites; work is primarily office-based with approximately 90% use of mobile devices/computers and ~50% desk time, with occasional evening/weekend hours as needed, and requires a valid work permit for the country of deployment (visa sponsorship not offered). The position emphasizes adherence to quality management systems, regulatory environments (ISO 13485, ISO 15189 for preferred qualifications), and alignment with corporate values of responsibility, innovation, integrity, quality, and teamwork.
Required Qualifications
- Completed degree or equivalent in business administration or a relevant field and at least 5 years of experience coordinating facilities or maintenance activities, or at least 8 years of relevant experience
- Strong organizational skills (document management, invoice processing, receipt management, service report review)
- Excellent MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook)
- Experience with ERP and documentation systems (e.g., SAP, Agile)
- Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) or digital workflow tools
- Valid work authorization for the respective country of deployment; visa sponsorship currently not offered
