Job Summary
Facilities Coordinator will provide support to Site/Assistant Facility Managers with operational activities in maintenance and operations, accounting and finance, vendor oversight, equipment and supplies, occupancy services, and client relationship management, ensuring service levels are achieved. Responsibilities include daily walkthroughs, timely work-order responses with KPI compliance, recommending improvements for site inspections and building procedures, scheduling repairs and minor works, coordinating vendors and services, asset and event support, reception and guest services, mail/courier, office supplies, building access and security support, and maintaining site documentation and emergency plans. Required skills include strong communication, organization, problem solving, ability to work independently, and familiarity with IT tools; knowledge of basic building systems (CRAC, chiller, fire protection, mechanical & electrical) is advantageous. This position requires authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship and does not provide visa sponsorship. Estimated compensation: 59,400 – 61,984 USD per year. Location: On-site – Kirkland, WA.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in facilities, property management, hospitality or related fields preferred.
