Facilities Coordinator

Job Summary
As a Facilities Coordinator, you will be the primary operational contact for service requests and will manage the Corrigo system to ensure tickets are resolved within SLA, coordinate vendor relationships and contract administration, and handle procurement activities including creating Purchase Orders and Goods Receipts in JDE and client systems. You will conduct regular site inspections to drive EH&S compliance, represent JLL in landlord interactions, support implementation of new processes and continuous improvement projects, monitor service delivery across portfolios, and provide coverage for Facilities Managers as needed. The role emphasizes autonomous operational coordination and a focus on customer satisfaction within a dynamic, multinational environment. You will work with multi-functional teams and maintain comprehensive documentation for audit and quality assurance purposes. Required Qualifications
- Strong organizational abilities
- ability to manage multiple priorities
- proficiency with facility management systems (Corrigo or similar)
- Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- financial acumen with understanding of budget management, procurement processes, and cost control
- detail-oriented with commitment to accuracy, compliance, and quality assurance
- proactive problem-solver with analytical thinking
- customer service excellence
- fluency in English (written and spoken)
