Job Summary
Coordinate building maintenance, inspections, and repairs for headquarters and regional offices, while managing fleet operations including bookings, servicing, and audits. Act as the onsite IT coordinator to oversee portals and assist with site upgrades, renovations, or new locations. Liaise with external service providers to coordinate maintenance, repairs, and vendor negotiations for office supplies and consumables. Serve as the primary contact for damage reports and equipment requests, ensuring timely completion of staff onboarding and offboarding processes. Maintain a willingness to travel to multiple sites across Victoria as required.
Required Qualifications
- Current and full driver's licence
- A Victorian Employees Working with Children's Check card or willing to obtain one
- Willing to obtain a Police Check at Djirra's expense
- A relevant tertiary qualification or relevant experience in a similar role
- Maturity, flexibility and empathetic to the needs of Aboriginal victims and survivors of family violence, particularly women and children
- You have worked before in property management or facilities management
- You can handle sudden changes, juggle multiple tasks at once, and stay calm under pressure
- You easily build good relationships with outside contractors, clients, and your teammates
- You are great at planning, keeping things in order, solving everyday problems, and you always have a positive 'can-do' attitude
- You are experienced with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), databases, and IT equipment
- You have a valid driver's licence
- Maintain a willingness to travel to multiple sites and regional offices across Victoria as required
