Job Summary
Facilities Coordinator / Admin Support for a clinic responsible for overall daily management and operation. Key duties include planning and coordinating patient scheduling to ensure timely acceptance and appropriate staffing, implementing clinical and operational processes to improve patient health and minimize hospitalizations, achieving financial targets (budget, labor, supplies), leading quality improvement efforts, coordinating multiple departments, maintaining accurate patient records, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The role may involve duties such as supervising staff, potentially assuming Charge Nurse responsibilities, and helping ensure adherence to QAPI, ESRD network and Medicare requirements. Requires RN license, healthcare leadership experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; 18 months of RN experience with kidney-failure patient care preferred. Required Qualifications
- Must have current RN license in applicable state and maintain it in good standing
- 18 months as an RN with 6 months experience in nursing care of a patient with kidney failure
- CPR certification required within 90 days of hire
- Demonstrated ability to function in a leadership position and to perform in new and emergent situations with sound judgment
- Must meet applicable state requirements (see addendum for Administrator)
- Must be full-time employee of the Company and available to clinic staff during hours of operation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); proficiency in USRC clinical applications within 90 days of hire
